Hello, Riad Elarsat, started the business 25 years ago and is re opening after more than 2 years closed due to the COVID crisis and renovations and maintenance during the last 3 months... that's the reason.

Hello, if you are married there are no problems. If you are not, the Moroccan law do not allow to share the same room, you have to rent 2 rooms.

Prefect stay - exceeded all expectations!
Everything was perfect - we enjoyed our honeymoon at this beautiful Riad, expertly helmed by Charles and his team. The Riad is full of history with stunning grounds and rooms. The breakfast and food was delicious - and for the mint tea, the best in Marrakesh! We have to say Charles and his team have effortlessly crafted an ambiance of tranquility and elegance that exceeded all expectations.

An amazing stay in a very interesting city.
The host Charles and all his staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Charles recommended some me fab restaurants and guided us through things to do and visit.
The only thing was the bathroom as no stand up shower, a less abled person would struggle to get out of the bath. Also the water pressure was very low but maybe as an old property this is a quirk.
